What It Is
Fractional Operations & Strategy is senior-level help without the overhead of a full-time role or the hand-off of a big agency. I step into a business, figure out what’s actually happening, and start moving the pieces that are stuck.
That can look like running point on a launch, rebuilding a process that’s stopped working, managing a vendor or dev team, or connecting business strategy to the technical work it takes to pull it off. It’s hands-on, and it’s mine to own until it’s done.
